With membership on the executive committee in cases brought by Holocaust survivors against the three largest Switzerland-based banks, this litigation was settled for $1.25 billion.

Berger Montague represented direct purchasers of Provigil (modafinil), a prescription drug which treats sleeping disorders and is manufactured and sold by defendant Cephalon, Inc. Plaintiffs settled with Cephalon and Teva for $512 million in 2015, and subsequently settled with the remaining defendants, Mylan and Ranbaxy.
